Oh Yes He Is!

To the amazement of hardly anyone, Harry Redknapp was named the ‘new’ manager of Portsmouth on 7th December 2005 – an announcement which was welcomed by most people in football but comparatively few bookmakers.

He faces a formidable challenge, but if anyone can save Pompey’s premiership status, Harry can. And now that he’s back at Fratton Park, there’s already a real sense of optimism about the old place.

Let’s hope that this time it’s a case of ‘Arry ever after.
