Aliadiere Seeks Career Boost at Wolves
22 year old Arsenal striker Jeremie Aliadiere, a graduate of the French national academy at Clairfontaine, has joined Glenn Hoddles Wolves on loan for the rest of the season.
Jeremie first came to prominence with 9 goals in Arsenals F.A. Youth Cup winning side of 2000/2001 a feat which has been equalled only by Michael Owen. He followed up with a premiership debut as a sub for Thierry Henry in the home game against Fulham in 2002 and scored his first premiership goal against West Bromwich Albion in August 2003.
He joined Celtic on loan in the summer of 2005 in order to gain top level experience, but after only a handful of appearances, he moved to West Ham United where, disappointingly, opportunities were also limited. He made only 7 appearances, 6 of them as sub, and failed to score.
