Perfectly Arsenal

In the lead-up to Arsenal’s game against West Ham, the cameras picked out Theo Walcott and his family as they were escorted in through the famous main entrance at Highbury and given the tour.

A few moments later, young Theo was pictured near the players’ entrance to the pitch signing an autograph for a fan. He was smiling, polite, patient and clearly more than happy to stay and chat for a while.

This boy is on the threshold of his career and as yet he hasn’t even played for the club, but those little glimpses provided eloquent confirmation that Theo Walcott is as perfect for Arsenal as Arsenal is for him.
