Lehmann To Stay

According to reports, Arsenal have offered 36 year old goalkeeper Jens Lehmann a further one year deal and the German is keen to extend his time with the Gunners, especially as his family are happy in London.

This is excellent news for the club and all Arsenal fans. Lehmann has been in brilliant form this season, despite being without the support of many first choice back four players for the majority of games, and he is widely regarded as having made a first class job of the formidable challenge of succeeding goalkeeping legend David Seaman.
